Elaine was exceptional! Our 6-month auto insurance rate went up and we emailed our agent. Elaine was quick to respond and assured us that she would check other insurers. She came back with a quote that was over $200 less for 6 months. It was an easy switch, and she recommended that we check back for renewals, given how all insurance rates can change and not always higher. Very reassuring and relieved to have an agency that still values great service and promptness!

Courtney Line was first most helpful by emailing me our renewal declarations page, as they had been returned to them due to it having the insured address and not the billing address. Then she got the billing address updated and sent me the updated declarations page, along with proof of premium payment, all within a matter of minutes. Great customer service!
